Pre-Engineering: 

Design & Modeling and Automation & Robotics - Pre-Engineering is a middle school course that prepares 8th-grade students for high school STEM electives. Design & Robotics; Modeling and Automation; Robotics are each semester-long courses, and in this 8th-grade elective, we will be focused on the engineering design process. It is intended that the students can then continue learning in more depth in the high school electives. Yearlong commitment.

Programming:

Students will be introduced to programming fundamentals by creating interactive games and crafting practical applications. Students will learn key coding concepts and problem-solving skills. Semester Long

CS Creativity:

Students are empowered to be creative as they learn to create websites, games, and apps for devices. They design original projects and explore computer science as a tool for creativity, communication,n and fun! Semester Long

CS Animations:

Students create animations and interactive art through computer science. They will start with a simple design and gradually progress to more complicated and complete animations! Semester Long

3D Printing Exploratory:

You will learn to use TinkerCad and BambuLab Printers to create inventions, make keychains and jewelry, fundraise with designs you create, and make service project items for topics you care about. Semester Long
